To realize it, we have spent a budget of Rp 33.5 billion

Control and Clean Water Provision Division Head, Glenn Santista disclosed it was still under the auction stage through the Goods and Services Procurement Agency (BPPBJ).

Ancol IPA Provides Clean Water to Local Residents

"So far we only have one unit and will be added to 10 units this year. They would be managed by five sub-agencies," he expressed, Monday (5/31).

He explained that they would be placed in regions that still need clean water supply or have not received pipeline service from PDAM Jaya.

"To realize it, we have spent a budget of Rp 33.5 billion," he explained.

He assessed they had 0.5 liters per second production capacity where the source of raw water comes from river water, lake, spring, fresh water swamp and then processed into clean water.

"For water quality standards is according to the Health Minister Regulation number 32/2017," he added.

As for the information, mobile IPA is one of the solutions to meet the need for clean water and to anticipate shortages and limitations of access to clean water during disasters such as floods or drought due to prolonged drought in Jakarta.
